This Policy explains what information the Company may process in connection with your use of Smile, the software provided by the Company ("Software" or "Installer"). This includes how such information, including Personal Data, is collected, the purposes for which such information is processed, the circumstances under which it may be shared, the measures taken to protect it, and the rights available to you in relation to your Personal Data. Prior to downloading, installing, or using the Software, we encourage you to review this Policy in its entirety.

When you use, including access, the Software provided by Company, we may collect and process the following categories of information:
Non-Personal Data
Non-Personal Data means information that does not identify you as an individual and cannot reasonably be used to identify you. This may include aggregated or anonymized technical data automatically transmitted from your device, such as operating system details, device characteristics, language preferences, and general system performance indicators.
